    Credit Collection Services has illegally obtained my personal information from a company without consent of the consumer in order to sell personal private information. I have disputed this account and have not received any information that has verified accuracy. The reporting status violates this company trying to locate my place of dwelling in an illegal attempt, violating 15 USC 1692b. This company has been using my social security number without my CONSENT and conspires to tax fraud 18 USC ********************************** connection with identification features, and information knowingly and without lawful authority. The malicious intent of willful noncompliance causing damage to my consumer financial reputation without legal justification. Failing to provide proper forms falls under The False Claims Act, please cease and desist all communication in regards to this account. I have not received the full accounting on this account which is unfair practices 15 USC 1692f. Please delete this account from your records.

    This consumer has filed a complaint with the wrong company.  They are looking for Exeter Finance Company that finances automobiles.  Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC has nothing to do with lending, lending activities or automobile financing.  We administer tax-deferred exchange transactions of real estate ("1031 exchanges").  Please delete your complaint against Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC and file it against the correct company - Exeter Finance Company.

    We were total was 12 thousand for the vehicle but now their saying I owe 23 thousand

    The consumer has filed a complaint against the wrong company.  The consumers complaint addresses a loan balance for an auto loan.  Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC administers tax-deferred exchanges of real estate ("1031 Exchanges") and has nothing to do with any kind of lending activity, including auto financing.  The consumer is likely looking for Exeter Finance Company, which we have nothing to do with.  Please have them withdraw their complaint and file against the correct company.

    Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible Purposes of Consumer Reports, any information reported on my consumer report requires explicit written consent. At no time did I provide such consent, and reporting this information without my authorization is a clear act of fraud. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681a(2)(B) - Exclusions from a Consumer Report, any credit transaction that involves the use of a Social Security card is required to be excluded from a consumer credit report. This account violates that provision and should not be reported.

    Please be advised this consumer has filed a complaint against the wrong company.  

    Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC administers tax-deferred exchange transactions pursuant to Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code ("1031 Exchange").  We are not involved in any form of lending, credit or any other form of debt, and have no need (and have never) reported anyone or anything to any credit bureau of any kind in our 20 year history.  We do not extend any form of credit to our clients.  

    We believe that this consumer's complaint should actually be filed against Exeter Finance Company, which provides auto financing.  There is no relationship between Exeter Finance Company and our company.
