      For the past year, we have been receiving telemarketing calls trying to sign us up for some type of debt service. I usually answer these calls, and use a fake name to act like I am interested in the company's service, with the intention of discovering the identity of the caller, so I can hold them accountable for the illegal telemarketing. Yesterday, we received a cold call from Score Shuttle, using the exact same fake name that I used for the other telemarketing calls. Therefore, either Score Shuttle is responsible for those calls, or got the fake name from a lead. Either way, they have violated the ***** I need to speak to the company's ATTORNEY or LEGAL REPRESENTATION to resolve this matter. Simply "putting us on their DNC list" will NOT suffice.

      After researching the client and the issue, the client was contacted on 4/3/2025.  All requested information was provided, including adding the client's name, the alias, and phone number to the *** list.

      I spoke to the company via telephone call, and we discussed the matter. They agreed to investigate the matter, and get back to me. I am closing this complaint with the understanding that the company will reach back out to me, so that we can fully resolve the matter.

      I received a phone call at 7am pst in **********. When told to not call at 7am the *** said ok when is a good time....the response should have been sorry we apologize....do not do business with a company with NO EMPATHY!!

      Our system is designed to not allow any calls before 8am.  We are looking into the settings so this does not happen again.  In addition, I apologize the client had a negative customer service experience.  We need to be better and will bake empathy into future trainings.  Finally, the client was added to the Do Not Contact list.

      I have been trying to cancel my subscription with Scoreshuttle and they make it impossible. No one answers the phone. The "Help" chat is a bot that says someone will message you back. They don't. There is nowhere in your account preferences that allows you to cancel your subscription or to even remove your card from the billing profile. All I want is to have my subscription canceled. They do not respond. This seems incredibly predatory and purposeful on their part.

      I shouldn't of gave them my debit card information. The lady said she would take the card information and when I call tomorrow we authorize the payment because I didn't get paid until tomorrow. So I was like okay that works and if I didn't want to buy it I wouldn't purchase well I miss their phone call and just authorize the transaction anyway. I don't like a business that does that. I want my refund. Fair warning don't give your information to them even if they say they won't charge your account.

      On 10/14 Client agreed to put a card on file to be debited on 10/15. We called Client on 10/15 to confirm payment. We called again on 10/17, 10/19, 10/20 and 10/21; Client did not respond or return any calls. On 10/21 we cancelled Client and refunded payment.
