    1. September 2022 - Ordered mirrored doors from ********** and ********** contracted with their installer, True Finish Contracting, to do the installation. Due to their policy, I paid the entire balance at the time of the order.2. October 2022 - Called ********** inquiring about the installation and also made numerous calls and emails to True Finish, none were returned. At the end of October, True Finish came out and installed the doors but measured them incorrectly. The installer promised to return another day to do the repair.3. November 2022 - No word from True Finish, so I made about a dozen attempts to reach them, often, reaching a full mailbox, or when I was able to leave messages, none were returned.4. December and January - I continued to try to contact True Finish but to no avail, so I went to ********** to try to resolve the issue in person. The assistant manager, ***************** was helpful and promised to elevate our complaint. It worked. True Finish called and scheduled a time to come out and do the repair on January 19 between 8 am and 10 am. They didn't show up. I called the installer and he tried to blame it on **********, by saying that HD had not ordered the proper spray for the track. I told him our repair had nothing to do with the track. He had no idea what needed to be done. He rescheduled for today, January 20, and again was a no-show.In all, I have made more than 20 attempts to settle this matter with ********** and True Finish, but nothing is being done. They have all their money, so we have no leverage at all. I checked True Finish's Yelp reviews and while they have some good reviews, an overwhelming majority of them are one-star only and they have similar complaints to mine - True Finish Contracting operates on a take-the-money-and-run.Thank you for your help,***********

    Hello

True Finish Contracting [TFC] only measured once for Customer on 10/14/2022 and the measure was correct.

[It's important to note that HD did not submit Customer's order into our system until 10/11/2022] [We got out to our customer in 3 days - We have 48 hours to contact customers and typical schedule times for measures are about a week..]

The HD associate ordered the doors incorrectly and the doors had to be reordered. If TFC mismeasured, TFC would have purchased these supposed mismeasured bi-pass doors.

As for the fumble about the last needed part to finish the customer's bipass door, the part was ordered and it did take time to get in. [All that was needed was a mirror fascia - which is like a mirrored sticker that applies to the top of the track]. The installer attempted to orchestrate a reschedule on his own and failed. We humbly apologize for this mistake made by our team.

    Thanks
