    Between 11/0924 and 12/2024 we had to purchase 22 new D-430 Drive Cam ******* for our Trucks to replace the original 60 D-410 cameras we purchased previously. We feel since there was an obvious problem with the D-410 cameras going bad and there should have been financial help while we were without the replacement cameras waiting to be delivered. Half of the D-430 cameras have been paid for. We are holding payment on the other half while we wait for Netradyne to facilitate a resolution. We have asked to send the cameras back for credit. we were told by field representatives they have taken cameras back for credit in the past. Netradyne continues to invoice us with interest for the remaining unpaid cameras.
