    We had a slow drip that was not covered by insurance that resulted in a mold breakout in a crawlspace underneath ************ ** unit.**** did a great job explaining the scope of work, procedures, and costs. There were no "surprise expenses" or fees and any potential pitfalls were explained ahead of time.I appreciated his candor, diligent documentation, and pleasant manner. He also facilitated scheduling with 3rd party mold testers and cleaners for the ** unit to ensure proper mold clearance. His team also went above and beyond -- finishing our planned 2 week project in a week and a half (including initial demolition, cleaning, 3rd party testing, 3rd party duct work, and reconstruction). Personally, I am someone that prefers to work with people that are trustworthy and do great, professional work. I highly recommend you contact them if you ever run into a similar situation.
