      I represent the *** for my condo. ***************** was one of several contractors who was recommended by an engineer who evaluated our property for an 80 foot drainage control system. **** gave a competitive bid, and his reviews were superior to the others. It was a difficult project because the space between the building where the work needed to happen at foundation level and a hill was really tight. For six weeks he and his crew worked on our property. They were always professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and ready to answer questions. **** was usually available for a telephone call on the first ring. His crew works for him full time. He doesn't subcontract except for pouring concrete to finish a project. And I understand he's worked with the same concrete pouring company for 20 years. **** did great work. His crew stuck to the schedule and budget. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
