    I placed an order for some shelves with this company on Jan 8th, 2023, specifically:- 3x Modern Floating Shelves (Walnut 24x8)- 1x Modern Floating Shelves (Walnut 48x10)- 1x Mid Century Wall Shelf (Walnut 8x24)I paid $1,270 and the website indicated that the product would be shipped in about 5-7 business days. On January 9th I get an email from the owner of the company, Del. He states the following:"Hello *******,My name is ***. I'm the owner of SMPL Home. I'm reaching out regarding your recent Modern Floating Shelves order. We're having some issues with our current payment processor and we'd like to re-process your payment again. If possible, I'd like to hop on a phone call with you and refund your original payment and retake it manually. Please let me know if that works for you.Respectfully,Del"This immediately concerned me as I thought it was some kind of scam and they were trying to get my credit card number. Del was very quick to respond back to my emails requesting that a full refund be processed for the initial payment and then a new invoice sent so I could pay through a secure platform. As soon as I paid the new invoice though, this is when he stopped responding to my emails and I thought I was for sure being scammed. I emailed back multiple times looking for a status update because I never got a notice of the items being shipping. I sent emails looking for updates on January 23rd, 27th, and then Feb 1st when I threatened to issue a chargeback for the purchase if I did not get a response or a shipping update. One day later I receive a notification that the shipment was on the way (still no email response from Del).The shipment arrived on the 6th of Feb, but it was only a partial shipment. One of the shelves was missing and mounting brackets for the shelves that were sent were also missing. Again, I try emailed Del back directly with no response, and I've contacted multiple times through their website with no response either.

    I am disputing a charge of $80.75 to my credit card account on December 7, 2022 by this business. The charge is in error because the item was never delivered. I ordered the item from their online store on December 7, 2022. When I followed up with customer support on December 28 for a status update, I received a response and was promised "the monitor stand will be ready to go by the end of this week. As soon as it goes out, will send you a confirmation and tracking number" but I never received any additional updates, nor the item I ordered. I am requesting that the error be corrected, that the charge related to the disputed amount be credited to my method of payment, and that I get an accurate statement. Enclosed is a copy of my order receipt and correspondence supporting my position and experience. Please help me correct the error on my account promptly.

    On 11/25/22, I ordered 1 large white oak coffee table from SMPL Home, order #****. I paid $1419.59. When I placed my order, I was told the table would ship in 2-3 weeks. On 12/26/22, I was told via email from ****** from customer service that my table was finished and would ship out within a week or so. I reached out again on 1/9/23 and was told Id have the table in the next 1-2 weeks. I emailed again on 1/27/23, 1/31/23, and 2/1/23 and never received a response. I never received the table or even a shipping confirmation. I would like to have the table shipped asap as its been over 2 months since I ordered it and they told me it was finished and ready to ship out.

    The shelf we ordered on 11/25/2022 was poorly constructed and did not come with mounting hardware. When we asked for a refund, we were told they wanted to "make things right" and send us a replacement. After many weeks and false statements saying the item shipped, we have yet to receive our replacement, and they have completely stopped communicating with us regarding getting a refund. The company is a fraud, so do not order anything from them: very poor product construction and customer service.

    Waited over 4 months for delivery just to get the wrong size item and a damaged table. Now they are saying the owner is in the hospital. Horrible experience that we will be reporting to our credit card if we dont receive a ************. Others should know of our experience and how poorly this was handled throughout.

    I ordered a custom wood bench from this business in April of this year and after ordering the bench I received no communication from the business for over 6 weeks. After multiple attempts to contact them the bench finally arrived but it was the wrong dimensions and damaged. I reported this to them immediately after receiving the bench. They assured me that they would look into it and send me a new bench with the correct measurements. They then proceeded to string me along for 6 months telling me the new one was about to ship out and eventually stopped responding to me all together. At this point I have been scammed because I didnt not received the item I ordered and they refuse to respond to me.

    I attached an email highlighting the order issues: "Gmail - Order #**** Issues.pdf". I have been in contact with them via online chat since I sent the email, but they have not responded to the email or called me yet. On the online chat, they keep saying the "Owner" is going to call me and respond to my email, but neither has happened yet. I have noticed online that other customers are experiencing similar issues, and I am a little concerned that this a fraudulent entity.
