    The top shelf (tempered glass) on our 4-year old 3 in 1 TV stand inexplicably shattered. I contacted Whalen Furniture to try to buy a replacement shelf, as we really like the stand, and they shipped a replacement at no cost. Amazing customer service!

    **************** was great! We opened the box of our loft bed and found no hardware in the box we emailed quickly to ask if we could get the hardware shipped to us and they quickly sent it out. We received it in less than a week. Thank you!

    I began this journey for a vanity on September 1 and I read your four cornerstones of Whalen Design and your bio about service. 1)I ordered a 48 inch vanity thru ********** on September 1 received damaged and send back Sept 20.2)Ordered again September 14 received September 21 damaged. 3)Home depot instructed me to go to Whalen and as you see below no help was provided and I was promised it was shipped and was a lie. September thru Oct 5 4)Oct 5 called ********** they order the vanity again and I with to store today and it damaged back and front.The 4 cornerstones have failed Whalen and me. It has left me saying , I cannot believe it, neither can **********. Whalen has send broken to the same home 3 times! Unbelievable !
