      Horrible ******************* service. I was misinformed by a sales associate about a mattress for a high end comfort sleeper sofa. There were 3 mattress options; standard, ****************** I was told a foam mattress topper would fit into the couch when the sleeper option wasnt in use. The sales associate suggested the gel mattress, a middle grade upgrade, (a $300/400 upgrade) because a foam topper would make mattress more comfortable. I considered the Tempurpedic at that time because this was going to be my bed, and not just a ************* bed. The associate even told me to save my money & buy the gel mattress & get a foam topper vs upgrading the mattress to a Tempurpedic. However, a foam topper doesnt fit into the couch as I was told & the gel only is extremely uncomfortable. I explained the problem to several sales associates after the sleep sofa was delivered via phone. They all said management would be reaching out. No one ever did. I was able to speak to the sales associate who sold me the sleeper sofa. He has admitted fault, but after weeks management is refusing to financially correct the situation. It will cost me additional $1900 to upgrade the mattress to the Tempurpedic. At the time of purchase, the upgrade was only $800! They are refusing to honor the price, even though the sales associate was at fault. The associate made a mistake. He is human. We all make mistakes, but correct them. They should to be fixing it & not at double the price. I am very upset & disappointed & do not recommend this store for future customers.
