    On February 22nd I placed an order for an edible arrangement to get delivered on February 23rd. It was getting delivered to my mothers place of work for her birthday so it was supposed to be delivered by 4pm. On the 23rd they werent able to deliver the arrangement and she then left her work place. They ended up asking for a different address to deliver to and she gave them her home address. They said they were going to deliver it there and the arrangement did not get there until 8:30-9pm. As the one who purchased the item I was very dissatisfied because the arrangement was not to my expectations. The chocolate was meted and looked like it was in a car all day. Keep in mind the item is fruit covered in chocolate and should be placed in a refrigerator. Anyways I ended up complaining to the company and when I filed a complaint they ended up contacting my mother and asking why there was a complaint filled. She gave me the number and I contacted them and told them it was very unprofessional to contact the receiver when I was the one who filled the complaint. There was back and forth through text message then the owner decided to call me and yelled at me on the phone. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received and embarrassed that they contacted the person receiving the gift on her birthday.

    On February 6, 2023, I had placed an order for a Valentines Day delivery for my fianc at his place of work. The items I ordered was 1) The ***************************** Platter 2) Valentines Day Balloon Bundle, 3) ************** Popcorn: Old-Fashioned Caramel Popcorn 4) Cupcake 4 count treat box 5) Assorted Baked Desserts made with TWIX Bookie Bars. The scheduled delivery date was for February 14, 2023. The items were never delivered on that day. I had called the next morning to request a refund. I left a message and I never received a response back. During the week of 2/14, both my fiance and I left several messages for the business to cancel the order and request a refund. However, the business attempted to call me but never left a message in return as I was unable to pick up their phone calls due to my work schedule. On 2/17, the business delivered the aforementioned items. Despite several requests and calls I made to cancel my order and request a refund, the items arrived either in deplorable shape or the wrong items were sent. The quality of the perishable items were questionable at best. Till this day, I still have not received an explanation as to why my items were not delivered at the day I requested (and paid extra for) and why my request for a refund was not answered. On 3/28 at 4:01pm, I reached out to their business and the same outgoing recording is still being played as no one was there to pick up the telephone despite their business hours stating that they are open until 6pm.

    I placed an order on November 17th to be delivered November 18th They could not deliver it in time of the business being closed so I asked them to redeliver on Monday As of the 22nd I had heard nothing and got no refund as of yet the manager called me back I asked them to please resend them tomorrow and if I can get my money back because of all the hassle and I ruined the surprise to my girlfriend twice and I've spent lots of money with this company the manager went ahead to tell me that that's not gonna happen laughing at me blaming me on the mask Mai just need communication from you guys I spend good money I expect it to be delivered on time as of today they have not refunded my money and it has not been delivered
