    I was given a quote and a sketch 5-5-23 for a shower door. The sketch wasn't how I wanted the door situated, so I was given another sketch to match the type of installation I wanted on 5-8-23. I singed an installation agreement on 5-9-23. The shower door had arrived and been installed on 6-8-23. When I made it home that day I discovered that the glass was installed according to the first sketch. I called and sent pictures of what was installed vs what should have been installed. The owner assured me he would correct the situation by paying to have everything redone properly. After a week we had come to another agreement (he would settle on giving a partial refund of $1,000). After 2 additional weeks 6-29-23 I hadn't heard back so I called to inquire about the status of the payment. He then tried to reduce the amount he was willing to give out. I refused this lower amount because $1,000 was already less money than it would be to fix everything. Another 2 weeks has gone by without communication or a check in the mail for any amount.
