    Dear ***/Mdm,I am an international buyer from *********. I am not sure if this is the correct agency to seek a recourse for my situation. If not, please point me in the right direction. Your help is much appreciated.So what happened was as follows: -1.I did an online purchase that costs USD1579.87 for some golfing equipment from Fairway Golf USA on September 2022. I have attached the receipt.2.About a month later the chrome was peeling from my 5 iron and 7 iron.3.I emailed Fairway Golf with photos of the defected irons, and they did a replacement in November/December 2022 since there was a 1 year warranty from Titleist. Shipping was USD55 and I have attached the receipt.4.About 2 months later in Feb 2023, the replaced 5 irons chrome is peeling again. In addition, the 6 and 9 iron are showing signs of chrome deterioration. I have attached the photos.5.I informed Fairway Golf in the same month and they said they will get back after discussing how to handle this issue with their Titleist counterpart.6.Till today, which is April 2023, there was no response from Fairway Golf despite sending them 3 follow up emails regarding the situation.At this point, I would like to know what my options are? How should I proceed in resolving this matter?Thank you for your attention and best regards.

    We are having a new set being built at the manufacturer to be sent to him.

    The replacement irons are taking a while to build at the manufacturer.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    In Addition, I would want an estimated time of delivery so that my warranty will not expire.
