      I was extremely satisfied with both the quality and service of the Village Hat Shop in *********. We've been trying for years to find a hat that fit after alopecia, and Village Hat came through for us on an online order. *******, the salesperson, was kind and helpful and the service and return process was easy.What great service in 2023!*************************** **********

      I ordered my hat on July 15th it arrived July 25th 10 days later. I used their sizing guide and the hat was to large. Ya they have free shipping to you, but I had to pay $17.25 in return shipping from *********** to ********* **. That's CRAP! I'll never use these guys again. I buy allot of items on line but this a lousy return policy. There are to many other vendors out there who think of their customers for return sales.

      This is a known issue that can normally be resolved with a phone call to customer support before shipping. We have started a dialog with the customer hoping to find a resolution.

      Followed their hat sizing guide, bought a size bigger than my head. Hat was too small. Was charged $30 to ship it back. This is f*cking bullsh*t. Beware.

      We just received our order, and the hats fit perfectly. We ordered a Heritage Par Laulhere Campan Wool Basque Beret, and a ************* Beret. We received our order in a timely manner. Finding quality berets is not easy, and we appreciate that we have found a place that makes quality berets at a good price for the everyday beret and a reasonable price for a fine evening out beret.

      Ordered a hat that cost $43.66 as a gift. The hat ended up being too big for the recipient. The store makes you cover your own shipping for returns. So even though the hat weighed almost nothing, it was a bigger box due to the style of the hat. To ship it back for a "return" cost me $33. So I'll get less than $10 back. I ended up ordering the hat in the correct size from a different retailer, so I've essentially bought this hat 3 times. I'm beyond unhappy with my experience with this shop.

      have not received my order and there is no way to directly contact the store to find out what I can do.Tracked my order and it was moving ok and got within a couple of miles of my home --- Then it was shipped out of state and is just sitting there now. Cannot contact the store to see what I need to do.
