  I was assigned to work with Dynamis ABA through my insurance company. Dynamis made multiple attempts to contact me over a couple of weeks. Each time I returned their call I was unable to get through to a representative. I left voicemails and waited for a call. When I was able to finally speak to a member of their staff, who I assume is their receptionist, I was immediately greeted with hostility. She started arguing with me over the specifics of her call log.I asked to work with someone else and she refused. She then denied me services. She spoke over me in a threatening manner and said we had a difference in personalities. She accused me of wasting government resources. This phone call lasted 4 minutes. The following week I received multiple calls from Dynamis. When I answered, the same woman greeted me and gaslit me as if nothing had happened during our previous interaction. I told to her I had contacted my insurance company and I would no longer be working with Dynamis. She began verbally harassing me. I asked her repeatedly to please stop because I didnt want to do this with her again. I asked for her name three times and told her she was unprofessional because of the way she was speaking to me. She refused to give her name. (Please note she is the only employee who has called me from Dynamis ABA). She then said to me, I feel bad your child has a mother like you! I told her to never call me again. She hung up on me. The call lasted 1 minute. As the parent of a child with Autism I cannot imagine how this woman is allowed to work in the same space as neurodivergent children and adults. I have found all of my interactions with Dynamis ABA to be unprofessional, verbally abusive and combative. No part of the employees behavior was professional and I would hope does not reflect the tenants of Dynamis ABA.
