      Overall, while there are some positives about ****, these significant issues have left me feeling highly dissatisfied. I ultimately sought care at a different clinic and wish I had left **** sooner. Financial Department:While the financial department is quick to respond when taking payments, their billing practices are frustrating and unethical. They require you to pay more than you owe upfront to secure your IVF calendar. Any excess funds are kept a "credit" on your account. When you try to find out what your credit balance is or get a refund, they suddenly go silent, ignoring emails and making you chase them down. On top of that, they struggle to provide basic medical receipts, lacking details like the provider, services provided, and dates of service. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.Dr. Park and mid level providers:Dr. Park is experienced, professional, and friendly. However, I found her to be lacking in empathy and I felt like a number, as many others have mentioned. I only saw her at the egg retrievals and at the f/u zoom appts. We did not have success with *** with her, but do not fault her for this outcome in any way.Medical Assistant, *** ******:I almost left *************** several times due to the incompetence of her medical assistant, *** ******. She sent me the wrong IVF calendar, submitted incorrect prescriptions to the pharmacy, and even caused a three-month delay in our treatment by making a decision that should have been made by Dr. Park. What's worse, I had to constantly push her to escalate questions to the MD. This added unnecessary stress to an already difficult *************** Center:Many of the staff at the surgery center were loud and unprofessional during my visits. Their behavior made me feel uncomfortable. They need training on how to conduct themselves professionally and focus on patient-centered care.
