    February 1st made order for $240. I have not received. I called the number and it is out of service. I also emailed them with no response back. They took my money out of my account on February 3rd.

Have attempted to reach the company several times via ************** Phone # is no longer in *********** have not received any response to emails sent. Have previously purchased many times and have been very happy with their product and service.

    On Oct 1st , 2024 I ordered and paid for a package of 8 CBD patches from Pure Ratios Wellness. (I have been ordering from this company for 3 years and gotten great relief.) $107.93 was deducted from my bank account but I never received the order. I sent repeated emails to their contact email number with no response. Their phone number is not working. I would like a refund and would expect that their website be taken down if they are no longer in business.

    On August 31, 2024 I ordered 8 of the 96 hour transdermal hemp patches for a buy 1 pack, get one free pack offer, using Code:LOYAL55. I was emailed a receipt , giving me my order number: *****,the *** purchased as: $53.96,expect delivery within 3-5 ******* debit card was charged 9-1-24. And then radio silence. My emails were not answered, and the customer service phone number is out on order. I purchased from this website,************************************

    I placed an order for $49.95 back in September order #*****. I emailed with *********** said they had many *********** is taking longer than normal. Ive bought from them numerous times over the years & this is the only time Ive had in issue. Their phone number isnt working & they havent responded since September 17, 2024

    I've used their product in the past. I was excited to see that they were still in business, so I ordered more patches. Got confirmation of my order, however, there is no shipping information, so I have emailed them over and over for a status and been ghosted, no response. Tried to call, phone is not longer in service. Proof of my order is attached. I would like the product, but now I don't trust it. So now I want a REFUND. Thank you for your assistance.

    I have ordered twice previously from this company with no problems. I ordered again last month and have not received my product they are not responding to emails, and their phone number is disconnected.

    I ordered eight 96-hour time release hemp patches and never received them, though my bank account was charged $119.92 for them on Oct. 9, 2024. The company phone number is out of service and they do not respond to my emails. The order number is *****.

    I recently made an order with Pure Ratios and it seems the company is closed but the website is still live and operating. The website should be shut down.

    I participated in Pure ratios' subscription program for 96-hr hemp patches. The company then once a month would send me a total of 16 patches & charge my credit card $216.00. Worked extremely well for 2 yrs. Sept. 2024 order #***** was NOT fulfilled but my card was charged in early Sept. Their own records on my account page show it was NOT fulfilled but the charge to the card done. Now I find their contact phone number has been shut down & no one can reach them. *** is going on ?
