    I paid $22,500.00 to "It's Just Land " owner ******* ****** and also communicated with his staff ***** ******* and ******. For the purchase of a Land located in *************. I received a fake DEED from them. Yo find out that it wasn't real.I talked over the phone and via email with ******* ****** and ***** ******* who "promised" me to refund me my money. Mr. ******* ****** refunded me me $10,000.00 and then he stopped answering my phone calls and emails. Please help me with this.

    10/01/2024 It's just Land wanted to buy our raw land in ************** for $1000. I followed all their paper requirements including a notarized grant ***** Since around the end of October they have ceased communicating with me. The price of $1000 is so low they should have no problem remitting payment. I gave them an email address for ***** and they never paid. Now they are not responding to my emails sent to *********************************:************************************ phone number:**********

    We had a signed sealed & delivered contract for this company to purchase my land in **************** fl, the broke the terms of the contract. On three parts on 3 separate occasions. They then attempted to negotiate there after, and further broke thier own negotiations. This breach has caused serious financial difficulties and damages to the owners. I fear that this company is acting in and under a scam of real estate.

    I found land on ****** website of it's just land and i made purchases of buying it to find out they sold it before I could finish paying it I reached out to them and had no regards from them instead they told me I was in default and they never responded back after that I've made ***** payment into the property and now they're not answering me on why they did what they did *************************** is who I first dealt with then he sent me to ***************************** and both work for *************************** there numbers have changed and my email isn't going through
