      Those mains do not speaker any English and do not listen to direction or request even when shown what to do. Worst service ever that I fired in first 45 minutes as they took 45 minutes to move my toothbrushes around and rearrange shampoos. Do not waste your time.

      I have never had an experience with a maid service like this before. I waited a week for service because that was the only time available. They sent out two men. An older man, around the age of 65, and a younger man about 24. They were polite, initially. I explained to them exactly what needed to be done. In my agreement, I paid for deep cleaning. They pulled out stained, what looked like dirty rags and proceeded to, so call clean. After three hours, they only cleaned three bathrooms and the living room floor, when they should have cleaned the entire house. They did not dust, they did not mop, they did not swipe, they did not clean the refrigerator doors, no windows, nothing. There was a ring around the tub, shower glass streaks, hair in the drain, and he managed to clog my sink. When they announced that they were done, the older man said, "we don't have any more time to clean." When I pointed out that they floor was not clean, the younger gentlemen said, no, I cleaned, those spots cannot come up." Then, with my finger, I proceeded to remove the spots. He apologized, and attempted to get the areas that were dirty. Come to find out, they did not even pick up the area rug. When I specifically asked them to put the area rug outside and clean. I contacted the company, by phone, by email, by texts. I sent pictures and even offered to have them send someone else out to clean. They did nothing about the situation. They kept putting me off saying that they would get back to me. After not hearing from them, I emailed the company to request a full refund. As of today, this issue is still not resolved.
