    I clicked on OmniWatch from the the Truth Finder website, (I had a membership with Truth Finder), I was curious of what they do. They automatically charged my account $9.99, for a monthly membership of $9.99 monthly. This website pulled my credit card info from Truth Finder. This is extremely alarming to me. I will file a complaint about ************* as well. I have attached a screenshot showing that I HAVE NOT even set up an account and they have already charged my account! I have also attached the "receipt" that was emailed to me... they got my email address from Truth Finder as well. They got all of my information from one click.I have reported fraud on my credit card, so Omni will not get paid and have cancelled my membership with Truth Finder.

    OmniWatch and TruthFinder are products of PeopleConnect. OmniWatch offers advanced identity protection and online threat monitoring. While we partner with *********** to provide these features through their online platform, if you selected to take advantage of the identity protection feature, you would have been directed to the OmniWatch website, which will guide you to our registration page, where you can peruse our various membership choices and choose the one that most suits your needs. Consistent with applicable laws, all material terms, including billing details and automatic renewal terms, are clearly disclosed before confirming payment. Each user is also required to check a box separately agreeing to those terms before being charged. OmniWatch members have the option to end their membership whenever they wish, either by accessing their account online, reaching out to our phone support, or by emailing our support team.

    We have cancelled all memberships and refunded ***** ******* account back to the payment method used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred. She may confirm this credit with her financial institution within 3-5 business days.
