    Ok my husband owed he paid last year yet we received a letter he owed what he paid we filed taxes jointly and guess what now we are getting absolutely zero because they so call say we owed both state both state and federal ! Something is very very fishy here! You call and cant get a live human on the line or spend hours listening to the annoying hold music ! Im not leaving this alone Ive never not gotten any refund back because of this ! Theres something very wrong here and from researching I see we arent the first this happens to!!

    The *** needs to be abolished! It states on their website if you e file & dont have any issues with your refund you should receive it within 3 weeks (21 days) & if not to call. I havent received my ***************** around me has. They keep making the excuse its because of the path act, but everyone around me who was under the path act got theirs back already so theyre lying and giving false information. WHERE IS MY REFUND!? If you owe they sure take that quick, but when it comes to giving your money back they will delay ********* lies that conflict with whats on their website. Theyre now saying it should take an additional 4-6 weeks which is FRAUDULENT! Their website doesnt say anything about additional 4-6 weeks theyre lying and trying to hold peoples money!! Everyone has gotten theirs but me & as a single parent I really needed our money! From now on Im claiming exempt not giving them one more *****

    Yes if they going to send a bill and then send anotheretter.stating we are writing it off. Which one is it? What is the address to mail payment to? Thanks!!

    I received a letter from the *** saying I owe $1,203. I immediately paid it along with another fee I had. Then I received another letter saying that if I don't pay the money the consequences. I have called the *** several times since February 2024. They told me that the money was placed in the 2024 tax year which I'm not sure how that is possible. They proceed to tell me that the system used to transfer the money to 2023 is down. This has been since February. Today I received another letter notice name CP503 saying I have a past due of $1,224.02 and if I dont pay it there will be further penalties and interest. In Addition, they MAY LEVY my income or bank account. This is what got me. How is it possible that I am facing the consequence for their negligence. I paid the money and I have been calling them for approximately 3 months to have the money moved to the 2023 tax year. You're telling me 3 months the system has been down. Also I have spoken to several employee you're telling me no one placed a hold on my account. They employees that I have spoken to (even just this week) said they would keep note so I'm not sent this letter If I paid it how would i get the other $1,203 that I already paid!

    I sent my taxes on behalf of my deceased parent ******************************************* and I'm supposed to receive the taxes back on his behalf I also have an estate ID number that I submitted with the taxes and everything I sent it to **** with the tracking number to never hear anything about it I tried to call every time I tried to call I was disconnected by the prompts never able to speak to anyone at all I do know that I noticed of course they do not even have a estate location or any sort of deceased tax resolution phone number I looked high and low unable to find anything unable to contact anyone overall here it is the beginning of October mysteriously received them back in an envelope with the cover letter information that I signed that's on top of it removed along with the estate information my estate account information everything it was removed from this mailing I do know that I use these taxes yearly to pay for the taxes on the home and I still haven't paid for the taxes on the home because these people have held up these taxes well like for someone to contact the *** find out why they do not have a number for persons to contact these individuals and why my information was removed and I would like for them to have these taxes filed for me immediately so that I can get the funds back as planned and I would like to speak to someone by phone or buy some sort of video account that way I can be able to express myself I don't know why BBV hasn't started something like that overall this is at a state of emergency and I believe that this is very ridiculous that they do not have any of the information to contact persons or have a department rather for deceased families to contact them to close down everything and receive the taxes back I am the executor on my parents accounts and once I get in contact with the investigator I will send over the information that has been stolen out of the taxes so that you can see what was missing out of it so we can go forward
