In early January I was contacted by ******* a recruitment agency for online jobs. I shows interest and was connected to a recruiter by the name *******. She was very helpful in showing how the job was to be done, I was skeptical when she requested for me to use my money to complete the tasks but I went ahead and balance up from $70 to make a round figure for $100. I succeeded with the VIP1 tasks and and was able to withdraw the $100 successfully after all the tasks completed. I waited the next day to complete tasks set, but got pressured from ******* to move up to VIP2, I got upgrade to VIP2 not knowing what it entails. VIP2 requires cash $ deposits of $1000 which I didn't have, plus while completing the tasks I got some bonus rounds which requires $3900, $4600 complementing more money in return when the tasks are complete. I brought it to ********* and **************** (CS) attention. ******* able to deposit $1000 and $1600 each time I am on the tasks, mean I'll have to come up with the remaining money $3000 in one occasion and $2000 on the other. ** reduced my payment by $1200 in one instance, that's the must they could do. Which doesn't help at all, I have borrowed money from friends and loved once and used my credit card. This has has brought me some much shame as I am unable to pay back because I cant withdraw my money. After all these, i was not able to withdraw my $13, 440. 55 (simply because ******* my referral deposited some funds, on my behalf). They always come with stuff that won't allow me withdraw. I contact ** manager ******* ****** (explaining my circumstance, he was no help), he was unable to help. He was asking that I deposit another $4600 to make the withdrawal of $13, ******. (I don't have the money) I am already in debt because of this issue. ALL I am asking for is to withdraw my $13,******. Please assist with this. I need to pay those that I am owing.

I initially hired this company to **** my website in March 2022. I was referred to a representative named **** ********. The estimated time to complete the website was 3 months. I believe I paid around $30,000 USD for the website. To my surprise, this company completely ghosted me and it was only after I contacted them a number of months later to inquire about my website that they told me it wasn't even being worked on. I didn't get my website until October 2022!Half of the website didn't work, and continued to be worked on well into December. Because of this, my business was tanking. Ignite offered various packages such as email marketing and social media marketing, which did nothing to help me.After weeks of pleading to get out of this horrible contract and to improve my website via CRO, I was referred to that department and my conversion rate went from 0.2 to 0.3. Not worth the $5,000 monthly. All products and services delivered to me were either late or incomplete. When I complained enough, I was referred to **** *********, a joke of a VP which feigned remorse and action, but never responded to any further emails. When I told them I had enough and that I wanted out in later 2023, they finally released me out of their contract after numerous complaints with their accounting department after overbilling and inaccurate statements. After this, they referred my business to a collections agency and further tanked my business via my credit rating and I only found out due to an inquiry from Experian in early 2024. They continue to ignore my attorney and even one of the deliverables I asked to about remains incomplete and ignored.,

After a thorough review of *** ******* statements, we must emphasize that his claims are categorically false and misrepresent the nature of our engagement, the timeline of deliverables, and our communication throughout the project. Ignite Visibility has fulfilled all contractual obligations, delivered agreed-upon services within reasonable timeframes, and acted in good faith at all times.

    Regarding the website delivery:
Ignite Visibility did not fail to communicate with *** ******* nor did we abandon the project. The website was delivered in a reasonable amount of time on September 23, 2022. The project timeline in the SOW was explicitly labeled as for planning purposes only and did not constitute a binding delivery date.

    Regarding products and services:
All products and services provided to *** ****** were completed within reasonable timeframes and in line with the terms outlined in the SOW. Below is a summary of services and deliverables successfully completed:

    1. SOW 1 - ************** and Development:

    5. SOW 5 - Custom Creative:
A short-form video was delivered on September 22, 2023. Since no specific delivery date was listed in the SOW, this was completed in a reasonable timeframe.

    Regarding contract termination:
Although we were not in breach of the agreement and had fulfilled all deliverables, we honored *** ******* request to terminate the contract early. Furthermore, we waived a $5,000 balance due as an accommodation.

    Regarding billing and collections:
There was no over-billing, and any outstanding balance owed by *** ****** was legitimate and in accordance with the contract terms. Unfortunately, due to nonpayment, the matter was referred to a collections agency.

Regarding communication with *** ******* attorney:
We received a letter from *** ******* attorney on May 31, 2024, alleging dissatisfaction with the deliverables and demanding a full refund. We provided a detailed response on July 12, 2024, refuting these claims and highlighting that many deliverables remain in active use by ********************* Following this response, we received no further communication from the attorney by email or phone.

In summary, *** ******* claims are not substantiated by the facts or the terms of our contractual agreements.
