      I have had continual issues since my installation at the end of December 2024. The installation itself was an entire ball of chaos. Shortly after that install we were informed (where I live) that we would be able to keep our old provider- erring on the side of caution I kept AccessParks AND my other provider- issues were more limited since it wasn't used as much because most of our services were being rendered through the old provider. At the end of April we were forced to switch fully to AccessParks as our wired provider. Issues upon issues. Kicked off devices, streaming freezes, trying to open internet-based programs and get notices to "Check Network Connection", but its showing on device as fully connected. When completing support tickets I get phone calls just wanting me to run speed test after speed test. Finally insisted that someone be sent out. They were supposed to be at my residence between 9am-10am today; as of 11:54am no one has showed, called, nothing. I have missed so much work dealing with this provider and still not receiving the services we were promised or the speeds we are paying for.Please, if you are an owner of any kind of trailer park, RV park etc... I know the "kick back" you receive for signing up with this provider must be some incentive- but please do your homework on the services they provide- the support they have available to help when there are issues... the WHOLE picture... because this internet provider is subpar.

      We have resolved the complaint with the customer and she has stated she is content with the resolution.
