    I recently purchased FX Luminaire landscape lights from **************************, and the entire experience was fantastic! The site made it easy to find the exact products I needed for my outdoor space. Shipping was incredibly fast, and the lights arrived in perfect condition. Installation was a breeze, and the lighting quality is beyond stunningtransforming my backyard into a cozy, elegant space. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

    I bought from Big Irrigation in ******* ****** and the item began to ship for the states. A month later after not receiving my order I contacted Big Irrigation and they responded by sending me the tracking info and saying they would look into it. A week later they still told me they would look into it. I asked for a refund as the tracking information hadnt move in 3 weeks and **** wasnt able to provide any information other than he was looking into it, but refused my refund. Their policy is they dont issue a refund until the customer receives their product. I working with my credit card company to help resolve the matter.
