At Dreison Properties, we want you to have the property of your dreams. We encourage all of our buyers to visit the property before buying. This shows you the value of your investment firsthand and can jumpstart your plans for how you'll use the land once it's purchased. In the event you are purchasing land outright, you are entitled to a full refund up until the point your deed is signed by us. Additionally, we allow payment plan buyers to switch to another property during their contract. When you switch, all money paid towards the original property will be credited towards the new property’s contract (excluding the document fee and any late fees).
Your first switch is “free” meaning you do not have to pay an additional document fee. After that, you may switch again, however, you will need to pay a $300 document fee for each switch.
