    The land wasn't transfered properly it cost too much and isn't accessible nor liveable the neighbors are a******* ***** and musk the police and jail are terrible they need to refund all it cost me and my money back and contact me they tried changing the contract . It's a scam other people are fine they only came after me and my kids they stold all my stuff

    To Whom It May Concern,

    I represent ****** ****** in connection with the land sale agreement entered into with Ms. ******* ***** regarding parcel APN ******** in *****************, ********. We are writing in response to Ms. ****** recent BBB complaint. We take all concerns seriously and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the facts.

    In March 2022, Ms. ***** executed a valid *********** Purchase Agreement, Promissory Note, and Contract for Deed for the purchase of the subject property for $22,155. She paid $3,500 down and agreed to finance the remaining $18,655 via monthly payments. Under the agreement, title remains with the Seller until the note is paid in full. No right to occupy the land is granted during the contract term.

    Throughout ********, ************************* escalated significantly in frequency and tone, including numerous emails containing unrelated personal narratives and unusual claims, including references to high-profile individuals and alleged victimization. In late 2024, she began demanding a refund, assistance with unrelated legal issues, and asked that Mr. ****** market and resell the landnone of which are required or authorized under the contract.

    In March 2025, our office clarified that the contract is limited to financial terms and imposes no additional obligations. Ms. ***** acknowledged she would not return to the property, but continued escalating communications and filed this BBB complaint.
    This is not a case of contractual breach. Rather, it reflects Ms. ****** unwillingness to fulfill her obligations. The agreement remains valid and enforceable. We respectfully request the complaint be closed. No refund or additional services are owed.
