  This company is a scam! My 86 year old mother contracted with them for $4500 to get out of her time share. Had her sign a contract and sent a power of attorney to deal with the ******************. After a few months they went dark and would not answer or call back. Called the attorney on the power of attorney and they said they were not working on her file. After no response from them she worked directly with the time share company and for $3000 additional she got released from time share. 1/7/24 they started answering phone. I told them we wanted her money back they said we breached the contract by calling the ****************** directly. I told them they breached contract by not communicating for 6 months. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

  This company is a SCAM!!!! Do not give them any money. They stole $4997 dollars from me with the promise of getting rid of two timeshares from me. I never received any info on progress and thank GOD they were unable to charge my credit card for the balance because I cancelled my card. Pure SCAMMERS!!!!! Gave them one star so i can publish the review. Nut save yourself the headaches and don't give them any money.

  I have invested over $4,00.00 with Americas Consumer Advocates to get me out of my timeshare but after many months they do not answer calls anymore, I have left many phone messages to one of the "agents" and the company itself but no return calls at all. But they were diligent and quick to take my money, with nothing back from Americas Consumer Advocates. BEWARE OF SCAMS

  This is an absolute scam. These people called us multiple times and we sat through an hour + long call only to have them hang up on us. They told us they had a new rating from BBB. When I began asking questions about their fees, ****************************** hung up on us.

  I've been scammed by many companies who promise to cancel my timeshare, but I found ******* Consumers Associate to be true to their word and actually got me out of my timeshare. I had many doubts due to past experiences, but ***** and his team assured me every step of the way and saw it through to completion. I'm free of that dreaded piece of property. Thank you ACA.

  This business is NOT doing what they say they can do..Repeat calls no response and when they respond they dont know anything about our case They will call back..NO they do not After leaving messages every five minutes for several hours they callBUT again they dont Know anything and will call back..again they dont so you have to start from the beginning with call after call after call after call after call after call after call You get the idea they are a fraud, they take your money make promises and do nothing absolutely nothing but make your blood pressure go up and cause your heart to race You ask for a star ratting but a negative one million is not on your scale!

  We contracted with Americas Consumer Advocates to terminate our timeshare. We changed our minds and contacted ACA within the maximum five days to exercise our Right to Rescind. The contract stated that ACA would immediately refund all fees. They agreed to send us a refund as a check by mail. When asked, they said that reimbursing our credit card account was not the way they did things. During the following weeks, we contacted ACA multiple times because we did not receive a check. Each time they offered an excuse. We finally requested our credit card company to get the refund. ACA called and threatened to *** us if we did not withdraw the complaint. Our credit card company did remove the charge from our account. We have not heard any more from ACA.

  When these clients signed up with our company, they had enough time to review the contract, and all their questions were answered before signing, which means the client was aware that they had a 5day right to rescind THRU EMAIL! which we never received an email but still we decided to take on their petition of canceling even though we had already sent their file to our legal team. We spoke to the client, and we explained that their petition was being processed and that it would take around 15 days to get everything situated and processed since we had already sent legal documentation to her resort, therefore we had to retrieve that and not have them affected before canceling everything and refunding them their money as stated on our contract. The clients didn't understand and wanted their money immediately that same day they called in to cancel we have our policies, and we have a way to work. Even after speaking with the clients and explaining what was going on and the timeframe for them to receive a check for a refund, they decided to contact their financial institution for them to handle this matter directly with us and as her legal right, we are no longer able to get the clients. We worked diligently with her financial institution to figure this out their money was refunded completely, and documentation sent to the resort was retrieved. America's Consumer Advocates will always take care of their clients and look out for their best interest even if they decide to cancel the service, we are not about the money our goal here is to help a lot of people get timeshare freedom that's the reason every person in our company has a way to work looking always for the client's best interest! The clients got their money back, every cent, and since the beginning America's Consumer Advocates never rejected the client's request, unfortunately after involving the financial institution we no longer have a need to contact the client and if they call their calls will be directed to voicemail. We always look for everyone's best interest with nothing more to say and with this situation being closed and handled correctly by us, we appreciate your time and hope you have a great day.

  Being a timeshare owner for 20+ years I realized that I had had enough of paying maintenance fees for something I wasnt using.The timeshare no longer fit my lifestyle and my kids were not interested in it either. I was not sure if I could ever get out of it, but I got a call asking if I was looking to get out of my timeshare contract. I started the process & was updated continuously.The personnel was very attentive whenever I received a call. A year in and I can now say I am timeshare-free and Maintenance Fee Free!!! I am really impressed with America's Consumer Advocates. From the beginning, they were honest and so easy to work with. I recommend this company to get you out of your timeshare. Thank you so much!
