    Armory Document Solutions made a contractual promise to consolidate my debt by negotiating my account balances. I paid $500 per month for three years and they were to use this escrow to pay all of my accounts. I would take an initial credit hit, but at the end of my program, I was assured that by paying all of my account balances in full, my credit would be restored. I was also told that they would help to restore my good credit by writing all three major credit reporting agencies and explaining my participation in this program. Not only did they forget to negotiate two major accounts, that were then subsequently sent to court and collections, my credit is now majorly impacted and those accounts are still being reported as delinquent, even though I have paid them in full through collection agencies. This company did not do what they promised; and they did not spend my monthly payments ethically or judiciously. They also have not contacted me to help straighten out my credit score on my report(s), which was part of their contractual agreement. Their phone number is disconnected and they will not return emails.

    This company was taking my money and not doing the things as in the contract we had signed. They said they closed and now I'm out all of that money. I need to be contacted by them or receive some kind of answer as to why they suddenly closed with no notice.
