    The service and the AD of the business was all a Lie! Lies Lies Lies, I wanted to resolve my debts and all the harassing phone calls! Paid 265 monthly for 42 months! I resolved a 18k debt myself, they just went through the motions and lied they did! I was summon to court for $13K I have 2 judgments against me they said they do NOT HELP! 6K pending and still being harassed! They told me today that they could not recover a single harassment Phone call of ***************************************************************** the AD people received $10-40K for being Harassed! They said each one was worth $500 Do not go with Concise ** it's a scam!

    I tried to contact the company to cancel my services on June 30th. I was told someone will call me back. Instead of getting a call back I received a text on July 1st asking me to call them to cancel. I called them a total of 12 times and each time I was routed to voicemail.

    ************** account was cancelled the first time she called.  We have tried to contact her several times and she stated she has already spoken to someone and does not want us to call her back.  This issue is resolved.
