This is the worst company ever I paid $265 for a year back in sept 2023 Theyll back in September 2023 I just paid off my account. I paid them $3000 $265 a month for a year and I did nothing Im being sued And now a lawyer has contacted me and now I have to pay this lawyer. This is the biggest scam ever the worst company ever I told them how do you stay in business the company ever do not go with them run run run as fast as you can. .. The *************** keeps telling me oh Ill put this up to my manager and run this by him and see what he can do for you so Im waiting to hear from this manager.. they take your money and I dont know what they do with it. Next time I talk to this other boss Im gonna ask for a refund and Ill pay the credit cards myself. Its a bunch of BS. Its terrible scant fraud scam!!!!????????????????????

This consumer has been cancelled since March 27th 2023 and received a refund. She was confused during the process and was very hard to get in touch with and when we did she would not comply to what was needed. This consumer already had issues before enrollment. I entered into a contract with the doc pros and prior to the 5 day grace ****** I attempted to cancel at this point its getting the 5 days and still no response from them. I just want to cancel.The Doc Pros

We have cancelled this consumer on 8/23/23 when she requested to cancel. We sent a SMS confirming cancellation and a email on 8/28/23 confirmnig cancellation. This person keeps calling requesting a update but they are cancelled. No payments have been made and this client is cancelled since 8/23/2023.Review fromMarie P

They are a fraud. Take your money and never paid toward anything. Told me they would only pay when I got notice I was being sued. I cancelled and ask for refund of some money due to they never paid anything out of what they received. I was told I would not get refund because of the safety they provided. What safety???Wait till I get sued to do anything.No this company just took/stole my money for nothing. Nothing but scammers.The Doc Pros

I was a little weary at first - but these guys really ended up coming through for me. I was in a deep hole with some creditors and they got me out way quicker than I thought was possible. It was some letters and emails i was scared to open, but thankfully advisors at ******** walked me through it all, got me in a MUCH better position in my finances , and got this mess behind me. Doc Pors is amazing. they have went above and beyond to help me resolve my debts d get them off of my credit report. I highly recommend this company, as i was just in a settlement program and got switched over to the debt forgiveness program. I am super pleased and already seeing my credit hike up just after 6 months. Thank you ********.The Doc Pros
