    Do not recommend ordering online from this company. The bra I purchased and received seemed to have a manufacturer defect. After returning it per customer service instructions, I have not received a replacement or a refund. **************** has also stopped responding to emails.

    I went in for what was advertised as a professional fitting. I am disabled and require certain fit in which was explained to the person fitting me. What I got was someone who gave me two sizes too small. She assured me it was the right size. I felt like she knew what she was doing so I accepted the fitting. I bought 3 bras totaling over $200.00. I took them home washed them and put one on. Within two hours of wearing it I was in so much pain I had to take it off. The next day I brought them back to the store expecting an exchange for the proper size. I didn't expect it on the one I had worn. But I wanted to exchange the other two. I was told at least 3 times because I washed them there was nothing they could do. I still had the tags for them but I washed the ones I intended on keeping until I could not take the fit. They allow people to try on merchandise all the time with skin contact. But because I washed and never wore them I could not exchange. Of course I was not happy. they advertise as professional fitters. After being told several times they could not help me I said I would be leaving a bad review on the store. That's when the owner stated she was planning on helping me but since I said I would leave a bad review she was not going to help me. That is a LIE SORRY you already told me or over and over I was not going to be helped. I know when I am being scammed. I was pretty upset. The owner kept telling me to leave her store before I even had my clothes back on she threatened to have me physically removed. I felt like I was being scammed and was upset but the fact I said I would leave my true experience online she flipped out on me. Run don't walk away from this store they are only nice until you need something back. I have a medical condition that requires a good fit. I was completely disappointed and out 200 bucks.
