    I ordered some Elfbar vapes last year in November. I emailed them in ******** to ask where they were and got told they were being shipped that day. Ithas been 2 weeks since and I get in contact with them today and find out my order was still there, not even packaged to be sent. So, not only did I wait for over 2 months, but I was lied to and then they canceledy order after I got fed up with it all. I am done taking the high road and am sending this to you all. I hope you all can at least shake thingsup there vecause that made me so mad.

    Business has no phone number to contact in regards to an update on shipping of the product and they have been completely unresponsive to multiple email sent to *************************************** requesting for a shipment update. I have received no communication from this company.

    I ordered a four 4-packs of IPAs on Sunday, November 3rd and they have not been shipped nor have I received a confirmation email or text from them. There does not seem to be a phone number or email address to contact

    I ordered online delivery of 3 bottles of rye. Despite repeated assurances that they would ship the product, they have not done so. I requested a full refund, but have received no response.

    Placed an order in May 20. It is now May 28 and my order has still not shipped. I have emailed the company at least 4 times and I have called 3 times and have left a message. I have heard nothing from this company that promotes fast shipping and 24/7 customer support.

    10/3/23, I purchased a collector's Napolean with case and shipped it as a gift to a friend in *******. Paid $172.04 Upon arrival, the case was broken. I called and talked with **** and he offered a full refund (if my friend shipped it back to ********** (which would have been very expensive), a 30% discount or wait until the first of the year to see if **** could get a replacement case. Now the time to dispute this charge has passed with my credit card and **** will NOT CALL me back. I have called him over 10 times with no response. ***"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
