    continual email spam harassment. spam emails daily, if not 2-3x daily. I have requested removal, been promised to resolve. To date, no progress. Very aggravating.

    Purchased items online via Vista Wine and Spirits (VWS) on June 30, 2024 - Order QLS121599. Inquired about the status of the order on August 4 and received a response on August 8 that since one item was a pre-order, the shipment of both would be delayed. Received an email notice on September 14 that items were being shipped and were delivered September 19. Upon opening shipment, I noticed that one of the items ordered was not the correct item purchased. I immediately notified *** and they responded the same day stating they would begin an investigation and keep me updated. On September ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** return the item and refund the entire cost. I responded the same day inquiring on the availability original item purchased and was told that it was unavailable even though it was advertised on their website and email marketing as such. Following that information, I provided notice that I elected to return the incorrect item and they could send me a return shipping label and refund the item purchase and shipping cost. I did not receive a response and on October 5 submitted an email requesting an update. I received a response stating they were looking into the status of the shipping label and give them until Monday, October 7 to find out more. No response was sent and I inquired again on October 9 with no response. On October 18 I sent a 3rd request for an update, stating I would be exercising other options to receive a refund whether that be credit card or bank, BBB, etc. - no response.     I was searching on their website and they had a coupon for an item I was interested. I didn't realize they wanted me to spend $80 in order to receive a certain percentage off of an item. I have called several times and spoke to a man by the name of *** and he said he would email the person responsible for removing people from their mailing list. They are continuing to email everyday!

    I placed an order with this company on January 1, 2024. A payment of $138.81 left my account on that same day. Several weeks had gone by and I heard nothing from this company as to when I would receive my product. I sent several emails asking for an update and never got a response. So finally on January 26, **************************************************************************** the amount of $138.81 in 3-5 business days. That did not happen. On February 10, 2024 I sent another email asking the status of my refund and again no response. On February 12, 2024 I received and email from the company stating that they couldn't not find anything in their system under the order number that I provided. On February 12, 2024 I forwarded all emails to include the initial email confirming my order. On February 20, 2024 the responded stating that they could not open the attachments that I sent and it has been confirmed that I "should have" been refunded, which was not true. This company went from saying they couldn't find any information on my order, to me being refunded which is a complete lie. To this date still have not received a refund of $138.81 from Quality Liquor Store (qualityliquorstore.com). I did however report this transaction to my financial institution for fraud.
