    I called this company because they served Diamonds bd Bar, ** and had a 5 star ****** rating. The dispatcher took my information but would not give me a price over the phone. She told me the locksmith would give me a price when he arrived. Thats not what happened. It took him 39-seconds to get his tools out and unlock one lock on my front door. He then called my boss and that man quoted me $475! I became very upset and angry! I told them I was not paying someone almost $500 for 39-seconds of work. I was then quoted $400 plus a $25 credit card fee. My card was declined because I had to pay for my husbands funeral this month and I keep a low limit on it. I had to go to the bank and get cash and still pay the extra $25. I feel I was taken advantage of because I was an older woman alone. I feel I was scammed. Any suggestions of how to proceed?

    Called and was told I'd be contacted by tech. Tech called and said 45 minutes. Tech showed up in 35 minutes and told me $250 + $29.00 service fee. It was 4p.m. on a Tuesday and took the Tech less than 5 minutes.Totally took advantage of a military veteran of 24 years
