    They promised to send you qualified leads. After signing up I never received one lead and tried to call and email them over several months. They took my money and never heard from them again. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

    I hired this company based on what they said they WOULD do. After 3 months, none of what I had been told would happen actually happened. They said lots of good stuff to let me know they provide a good quality real estate lead, and they send you a recording of the calls. These recordings have clear evidence that the person on the phone has no intention of transacting in real estate yet they deliver the lead as if there is something worth pursuing. They have a guarantee that if you work with them for a year that they will refund you the money if they don't deliver the number of leads they promise. The problem is that they will likely deliver the "promised" number of leads, but as mentioned above, the leads are garbage and should not be considered real leads.I find it very frustrating that companies can operate in the world with an agreement and then they make the terms of the agreement vague enough that they can say "see we did what we said we'd do".My advice is to avoid the sales gimmicks of the digital marketers. They are all selling lies. You have been warned.
