I enrolled in the Cloudbeds property management software only. After a few months of service I realized that they were charging me for an additional product that I never requested. They charge a 15% commission for reservations made directly through them. Not a service I need or want. After asking to cancel they informed me that I would still have to pay for future commissions even if the reservations are never completed. Meaning that if a guest cancels and I receive no income, then I would still need to pay them the commission. I have requested a resolution from them, but this appears to be standard business practice for them.

On August 17th, I received 2 "welcome to Amplify" onboarding emails indicating that I had been signed up for an additional service I had not signed up for. I've been attempting to contact customer service for a week via multiple emails and chats attempts, and they will not respond. **************** is virtually unavailable within this company, which is inexcusable for the price they charge. I need to know how I was suddenly signed up for this and to make sure it isn't an additional charge.I'm also having problems with my minimum night stay settings and again, no response.

We were using Cloudbeds to design a website for us. We made it clear to our sales **** ***** our hospitality consultant, *** that we only wanted a website built and would decide after that if we wanted any other services offered. We started the process in Oct. In Nov we were billed for services other than building the website. My assistant contacted **** and told him to stop charging us because we had not decided to move forward with any other services and our website was not active. He said he would stop the charges. In March, we recd several chgs pertaining to a website that is live. Ours is not. *** was notified. She offered only to refund a portion of the chgs. I said not acceptable, refund all except the one time fee for building website. I also requested a copy of our zoom call because they record them all. She has refused to reply to any emails, **** has not responded. The money has not been refunded. They were not given permission to chg me for anything other than building the website. At this point, I consider this theft. I definitely feel misled. And the fact that no one will respond to me, I will be sending a copy of this notice to my bank, as well as the 10 members of their leadership team. *** states that she is going to continue to charge me noting that our website is live. The reservation system that has to be built first is not complete as there have been several issues with pricing. I have not chosen a website template or talked with the team that does the website building after the reservation system is complete (because the reservation system is not even done yet) so there's no way the website can be live. I feel this is a scam.

I had Cloudbeds for about a year and I sold my business. (*******************) There is no contract and requested to cancel my account over a month ago. All I get told is that they will transfer my request to the billing department. After that, I hear nothing else. All I want is for my account to be canceled! Their customer service is horrible!
