    The company calls, nonstop, pretending to be a friend, then finally saying theyre from the company there from after being ***** repeatedly to stop calling they still call daily and pretend like theyve never been told before. Even after I yelled at them, I rally they still do it. It is illegal and Im on a no call list also.

    Company continues to harass us and tie up our customer service lines with sales calls. We have asked them to stop countless times.

    Was promised a 50 gift card by watching a zoom presentation and I was actually sold on signing up . Once we were done they proceeded to tell me that the gift card will be at a later date, which I was not told. I was told that I would receive it a minute the presentation was done so I didnt said OK lets see what happens if they try to not give it to me I know what kind of business theyre running and Im not signing up and sure enough here we are, a week later and nothing received received

    Signed up for trial. Never wanted to continue the service. Could never get the service cancelled or refunded. Had to contact my credit card company and ask them to decline the transaction. If this is their service as trial my god stay away as subscriber

    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of technical support and customer service I have received from your company over the past three weeks.For the past several weeks, I have been attempting to resolve a technical issue with my account. Despite numerous attempts to reach out for assistance, the problem remains unresolved. This prolonged period of technical difficulty has caused significant inconvenience and frustration on my end.Additionally, I must bring to your attention the unprofessional conduct displayed by your managers during my interactions with them. Their demeanor was dismissive, and they demonstrated a lack of empathy and willingness to assist. Their behavior was not only unacceptable but also reflective of a severe deficiency in customer service skills.As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and prompt resolution of issues from your company. The lack of attention to my concerns and the unprofessional conduct of your staff have left me deeply disappointed and considering alternative service providers.I urge you to take immediate action to address both the technical issue with my account and the behavior of your managerial staff.     House Call Pro has charged me $199 a month for 4 years, which equals almost $10,000. I have never used the app and they told me they were going to cancel my payment and refund the money but instead, continued to charge me year after year. They're onboard department were never able to to do their part and make the meetings, we had scheduled three separate times, while myself & all my employees wasted their time waiting for the House ******************* to call us and wouldn't even answer the phone when I called them to see what was going on. Again, this happened three times in a row. Never able to get us on board with the House Call Pro app. I recently found out that I've still getting charged for their service and have never used it one time. Be aware of this company & stay far away, they take your money, make unfulfilled promises and don't care about their customers. All they care about is getting your money. They talk you into giving them your money before you even get signed up and say there is a ********************************** case you don't like their service . Well, they never give your money back. They just keep on charging and if you don't see it on your statements, it gets charged year after year after year..Again, the do NOT refund the money even though they tell you that right up front it's an absolute gimmick.

    This company charged my bank account $1250 for their services. I have no deal and have never made a deal with them Somehow my bank account was charged

    Hello ****,  After reviewing this information there seems to be a misunderstanding. Those $1,250.00 that you were billed was not Housecall Pro charging you but a Merchant (that uses Housecall Pro) that charged you for services provided. Said merchant is ACE Pool Repair & Replaster.

    Trying to cancel service but cant get confirmation. They are saying my account will stay in effect until after the next billing cycle. I tried canceling before and they instead gave me 3 months to try their services. I do not want their services and have gone with another crm that actually does what they say it was supposed to. This service was offered by a telemarketer that promised me a lot but nothing works right. I do not want to be contacted by this service only end it and have them delete all of my information including my payment information that they do not authorization to store or use

    Although it was a hassle to get a confirmation of the account being canceled I did finally receive email correspondence confirming the cancellation. The rep ****** also called to confirm, which she was very nice about it and apologized for the inconvenience. With that being said.

    I have been a user of ********************** since 2022. During that time I had one customer dispute a credit card transaction after I won the dispute Housecall Pro is now withholding my funds which total over ***** dollars. After speaking with ****** she provided me with their legal teams email to communicate via Housecall Pro and said that all other communications will now need to go through the legal department. Talk about a company that does not have your back, they would not even give me a reason why they were withholding the funds. It is funny how they withdrew these funds from my account immediately but believe they have the right to keep my money.

    Per our terms of service, *********************************************, If we have reasonable suspicion of misuse, we may temporarily suspend or delay payments to you and/or designate an amount of funds that we must maintain in a separate reserve account (a Reserve) to secure the performance of your payment obligations under this Agreement. We may require a Reserve for any reason, including if you have a high rate of Chargebacks or refunds, or other indications of performance problems related to your use of the Service. The Reserve will be in an amount as reasonably determined by us to cover anticipated Chargebacks, returns, unshipped merchandise and/or unfulfilled products or services or credit risk based on your processing history or such amount designated by our processor.

    This company charges you and then no way to cancel it on there website. Monthly they are charging me February and march twice $184.04 after the initial $291.85 in January and their support wont help also no way to remove my card from their website. So far I am out $659.93 dollars. Stay away from them.I cancelled on 1/31/2024 because their software sms messaging was not working and that was the only reason I wanted their service. Have not received any refunds.

    there website did not worked as advertised. The sms messaging is flawed and I could never use the site because they never could authenticate my business. It was an error on their server. Refund my deposit also. That is only fair.

    Yes *****, obviously the experience you had initially as you came aboard was far from ideal so we did start the refund of the deposit as well and its going back to your original payment method.  We would be remiss if we did not mention too that the situation with SMS is out of our control as we comply with the *** regulations that mandate businesses are required to register their messaging campaigns with their telecom service provider before you are allow to use messaging on HCP. This involves providing information about the content, purpose, and volume of messages you intend to send.
