    I purchased iC-SPACE, New Massage Chair, Shiatsu-Recliner from ************************************************************** aka Beauty Health Massage Chairs, ****************************************************** on 08/03/22 order number #****. The remote control stopped working making the chair inoperable.As of today 02/15/23, I have been calling leaving many messages via voice mail and email for over 1 week now, pleading with the company to call me..I also called the mobile line phone number: ************** it says the mailbox is full. No one from the company will contact me regarding the defective product I purchased from them to replace the remote control or have the chair serviced which is under warranty.I paid $1,599.99 for the chair on 08/03/22, after many numerous attempts to reach out to this company they will not return my calls or emails and the mobile number they provide says the mailbox is full. I purchased this chair to aid in my recovery from a tragic car accident in which a drunk driver hit me head on at 100ph. I need the chair fixed ASAP as I was using it daily to ease the pain from my injuries sustained from the auto accident.I would appreciate any assistance in attempting to have this company repair the massage chair I purchased from them.     Item Purchased: iC-Space Massage Chair Date: 09/07/2018 Amount: $1249.99 Purchased: Ebay.com Warranty: 5-years on electronic parts I was notified in June 2022 by my father, whom the massage chair was purchased for, that the massage chair was not operating (was coming on), which would be an electronic parts issue.Since June 2022 I have attempted to contact Beauty Health using the phone numbers listed on Ebay.com website for Beauty Health, which are ************ & ************. ************ recording says welcome to ******* wireless your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number, and dial again. ************, recording says the number has been changed, but not no new number has been provided.I have also tried contacting Beauty Health through the Ebay.com message to seller.However, I have not received a response.I found the Beauty Health website: hppts://massagechairs4less.com/product-category/massage-chairs/ Which listed two additional phone number and an email address. I called ************ and left several messages. But no one has returned my calls. ************ recording says mailbox is full, and that you cannot leave a message. I also emailed them at the *********************************************************** email address shown on the home page of their web page. Again, no one has responded to my emails.I contacted **** **************** in attempt to resolve this issue. However, since so much time had passed since the purchase, **** suggested I contact Beauty Health directly.I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute to get a full refund. However,I was advised that disputes could only be done on purchases made within the past year. Also, requested my credit card statements from 2018, 2019, & 2020 because I could not remember when the purchase was made and the amount of the purchase.As I have attempted to contact Beauty Health with no response since June 2022,I am requesting a full refund of the purchase price of $1249.99
