    On Monday, August 15, 2022, around 11:30am, I visited the store to take them up on their advertised **** on Platinum Vape. Outside, I confirmed with the staff that checked me in that the deal was available. Inside, I attempted to purchase the product but was told the **** offer was unavailable because they had distributed one box, and now needed to spend an an unboxing the next box of ****s. The guy with the free products literally walked right past me. After I expressed my dissatisfaction with this, the budtender said if I didnt like it I should get out of their store. I said I just wanted to purchase something else then, and she treated me very rudely during the remainder of the encounter.For example, she forgot to ask if I was paying by cash or card. (I was paying cash). After entering my phone number into the machine and didnt know how to proceed, she mockingly saying Is this your first time or sthg!?Upon leaving I left a voice mail with the manager and no one ever called me back (its been 5 days). I also called again yesterday (Thurs 8/19) manager didnt answer or call back.This isnt this first time this has happened. About 2 months ago, I visited at 10am for the same ****. That time, staff just hadnt bothered to open the BoGo since store opened at 7am (mgr admitted this later). And staff then had also been rude and said since Id come at 10am I was too late for the BoGo, which wasnt true.
