      Hi my name is ****************************************. I saw a story from the end of May in regards to Dr ********************** **** Staley. I notified the *** in regards to what appears to be a money laundering scheme involving Dr ********************** Staley, *********************** and ********************************* RN. I was conned and scammed by ************************** and ********************************* RN I only found out last week that Dr ********************** Staley was convicted and sentenced in **********. I was completely unaware. Upon further review of articles and reports I am unsure if he was using my prescriptive authority as a CRNP because his medical license was no longer active. Im suspicious that Dr ********************** Staley in conjunction with ********************************* RN in ** facilitated money laundering and ordering Botox and dermal filler from unauthorized providers (aka china, ****** etc). They set me up to fail and I presume collect the insurance money for themselves while completely destroying my professional career and life. I was literally their scapegoat but thank God I caught on and did a discovery of documents on my own. ************************** recommended ********************* (******** state) for which a gentlemen by the name of ******* Callisons signature was copy and pasted onto an insurance declaration policy. I was conned and misled beyond belief. I obtained bank documents from PNC which is suspicious for money laundering. The fraudulent policy and additional documents have already submitted to the ** attorney general office as well as the ***** Additionally, ******************* the supervisor from the ********** ** attorney general office called me to find out more info and said this matter was being forwarded to **********. I reported the fraudulent insurance documents as well as performed my own discovery of documents. I am a Nurse Practitioner and was the one performing the Botox and dermal filler (which they all were aware of) and only recently discovered that I wasnt insured properly despite retaining an attorney.
