    Horrible Customer Service. I placed an order and realized really quick that I ordered the wrong pillow, I tried calling quickly to try and get it changed before it was shipped. Most businesses have it processed from the warehouse as soon as you hit send. I talked to a customer service representative and thought everything was fine. Well, she accidently called me back and she must not have realized it because I heard her talking trash about me to her coworkers and how annoying I was. I will hurt before I give them my business. I would not even give them one star. Very Poor Customer Service.

    I purchased the MedCline Shoulder Relief Wedge and Body Pillow System a couple of months ago and once I removed it from the plastic wrapping it, the first thing I noticed was the strong chemical smell. I read reviews of where others left it out and the smell eventually went away. I left mine out about a week and by then, the smell was almost gone. Over these last few months, I've found that when I woke up, I would have to reach for my inhaler. The issues with breathing came on gradually and I started to worry about any new allergies that *** have developed. I did not, until recently, put together this increasing need for my inhaler with my new pillow until I started reading reviews about the chemical smell some still had. I removed it from my room and the next morning, I woke up already feeling better. It's been two days and I am no longer reaching for my fast acting inhaler throughout the day. If you have asthma/allergies I do not recommend this pillow because even though the smell goes away, some chemical is still lingering that can cause breathing issues.

    Horrible customer service and return policy. I'm out $150 because I returned their product because it didn't help me.

As noted in our return policy, all returns are subject to a $25 return fee (covers the shipping, handling and disposal of the unuseable item) and the original cost of shipping is nonrefundable.     Horrible customer service. I ordered on Dec 29 and was supposed to get it Dec 3. When it didn't arrive I contacted them by email and tried to call. As others have stated, you can't get a real person on the phone, they ask you to leave a message and don't call back. I finally got an email back from ****** with a less than satisfactory response. I finally got my pillow a week later and I have emailed and asked for my shipping cost back. You guessed it...no response! The only thing I feel I can do is to leave comments on their ads on ********* And I will!
