    I was applying for a VA home loan, lender provided me a pre-approval letter. I went under contract on the home, the day I was intending to pay ******* money, after several days of no response from lender, I receive a text message apologizing advising me the lender was no longer with the company. I cancelled the contract on the home purchase and later in the evening received a text from a new individual advising she was my new lender. I immediately responded and after multiple attempts I received a text telling me she was out for the holiday weekend. I have all documentation to include pre-approval letter. This has wasted months of my time, I have provided all personal information and this company checked my credit report. Not to mention the time I wasted with the realtor.
