    They are a complete scam. Please do not work with them. They took $10k from my family in November 2024 and once they couldn't secure a lender, agreed in writing that they would return the money. It is July 2025 now and they still have not refunded the money. We worked with **** *****.

    I am extremely pleased with my recent HELOAN transaction thru Saxton Mortgage. I was met with an email from ***** ******** shortly after submitting my application. He was knowledgeable, friendly and organized. He kept most of our communication via email, which I feel most people value these days, and his Loan Officer, *** ******, did the same. We only had phone calls as needed or time-sensitive. Frankly, this keeps everything accurate and in writing which allows, for me personally, to track things a bit better. I had been shopping the loan around elsewhere through Rocket Mortgage, the rates were higher and the commissions were steeper. I would highly recommend Saxton to friends and family without hesitation. *** and Arren went above and beyond. They're consummate professionals. A+++ rating.
