      I have had upwards of 8 calls in the last 3 days of from Smartfi Home Loans. I have not solicited or requested information ever. I have asked in the last two calls that I not be called any further.I have still continued to receive calls. Further, in the brief conversations I have had with the parties that I spoke to I was advised that I was being recorded which I did not consent to.Cold calling is not a business practice I care for and endorse and with the frequency feels a form of harassment.

Wed like to share a bit of context: Our records show that we received your contact information on May 24, 2025, at approximately 12:54 PM through an online form tied to a ****** ad expressing interest in reverse mortgages. Based on that request, our team made several attempts between May 27 and May 29 to follow up and ensure we were available to answer any questions you might have. Once we were able to connect on May 29 and you let us know that you no longer wished to be contacted, we promptly marked your record as Do Not Contact. Please note that while the change is immediate in most cases, it may take up to 24 hours to fully process. We also want to be transparent that all calls regarding loan inquiries are recorded, in accordance with legal requirements like the ****-***** Act.
