      2/15 I participated in a drawing where 2 of us had the same number, then a tie breaker was done and I lost fair and square. I congratulated the winner and went out to smoke. The sales *** asked me what happened, I said I lost, you can ask what happened. Not even 10 minutes later I was approached by *** who I was told is the owner and told they decided to make me the winner of the 02 Harley that was for Sunday's drawing. I came inside in shock told the winner of the ****** your not going to believe this they decided to make me the winner of the Dyna!!! I could either buy it for 88 or trade it in A person says to me I will give you 3k for that bike. *** told him to go outside, then said I will give you 2k if you trade it in. I was so happy! I said I think I am just going to keep it. *** responded, that he was told if I won I would use as a trade in and would only allow a 2k credit, then walked off. I tried to go talk to him, I put my phone on voice record and sought him out. He saw i was holding my phone and says are you video taping me I never gave you permission, I said no I am not video tapping I opened my phone and said I am voice recording because of everything that is going down, he asked me to erase and I did. We talked and he told me I could have a 2k, I told him I wanted the bike he told me I won. That I would go talk to the mgr and see how using the 2k credit would look, while that was going down, he came up to me again saying. That he offered money to the guy who won the ****** and now I am the winner of that bike. So proud of himself how he paid off that guy. That I am a 2 time loser trying to get more , the devil is behind me and I could buy the ****** only not what I was told I won when I never once called party foul. which I did purchase I want a Harley like promised at least 02 Dyna with windshield and bags a softail is acceptable.       I found a motorcycle advertised on sale at a $5,000 price at San Diego Harley-Davidson. Their staff and I exchanged phone calls and texts for 24 hours regarding that bike. The next day I went to purchase the motorcycle and was given the runaround by the staff. At first the bike was missing, then I was told that it might have sold. Ultimately, I was told that the bike was on consignment and the original owner must have pulled out of the deal. I was told they would look into it and be given a definite explanation. No calls received as of yet. Meanwhile they tried to sell me other motorcycles worth more than 3x the price I wanted to spend. Almost a week later and the motorcycle in question is still being advertised on their website for the price I was willing to pay. Shady practices and really no care for a potential customer!!!

      San Diego Harley Davidson on **************** I believe is guilty of fraud and false advertising. They advertised a motorcycle for $10,888 after wasting three hours of my time doing a test drive and paperwork they added a little over $5000 to that price in extra fees and taxes and ridiculous charges.

      I bought my motorcycle from them in June 2023. I was given temporary tags. I have never received anything from them to register my motorcycle in my ***************. I can no longer drive the bike since tags have ran out. I have repeatedly spoke to them about overnighting me new temporary tags and they have not sent. I have spoke with ********* who is HD finance company who I financed the bike through and they have told me they have lost/misplaced the title which means I cant get the motorcycle registered in ******* *****. I have asked them to order new title and send me copy of front and back for my local county office to register my bike and they will not. I need resolution quickly. We are military and I can not drive on post to get to my job because the motorcycle is not legally tagged/registered. We also will be moving back to Virginia in the spring due to military transfer orders so time sensitive, I need resolution quickly. I need temporary tags overnighted to me and the finance company to find/order new title and email me copy of front and back so I can register here. Thank you.

      Made a purchase of a pre-owned 2021 FLTRXS from *** Diego HD located on *************************** on 3/11/2023, to include the purchase of an extended service plan for the motorcycle. After a change of dealership due to their terrible customer service, I requested a refund of the *** which was well within the 60 day window. I provided my intent in writing and in-person, upon which it was filed on 3/29/2023 by the staff at San Diego HD. I have yet to receive an update on the status of the refund, no phone call, no email, absolutely no contact from the dealership after months of making calls to the dealership myself. I need assistance to find out what the problem is and why the refund valued at $2500 hasn't been granted yet.

      I went into san diego harley davidson on Sat 17 Sep 2022 to buy a new motorcycle. My salesman **************** me I had three weeks to bring in my trade and I would get full retail value of the motorcycle as trade in, So I purchased my new bike. All of a sudden they are only offering 5k instead of retail. The trade in value of my old bike is 17k so i knew that i would at least get that. I was lied to by ************* would like the price I was promised on the trade in.
