    2/5/23 paid $140 deposit for a $350 move the business committed to move my apartment on 2/10/23 to a storage unit. the mover called me that he could not do the move, and that the owner ******************* Saint ***** would refund me my deposit. they stole my deposit. Has said on the phone he is keeping it. Job No :T1884878

    As a policy said for every company in ******* of *************, every job is final It is hard right now for Company to stay alive. When a customer get the book a job the deposit most likely does not refundable OK for the headache for booking for this and that we paying for those customers we pay a lot of money and we dont get to get to keep every customer and she say I say yes I keep it now thats not you its a 40% down deposit required of every service supervisor for your moving service, so the 40% is your deposit it was some strange thing that happened. He did not go to his plane and the customer would advise very very disrespectful time. I had to quit speaking to her and the policy did mention not refundable so I dont know what date I took from this customer
