    Horrible company - takes advantage of elderly people, destroys furniture, put holes in walls, stole jewelry and cash. They arrived on time, packed up my home, and then stated that the truck needed to be in ************* so they could not complete the move. The moving company then unloaded the truck hastily and left most of my antiques in the driveway and in pouring rain. As a elderly widow with lots of medical issues, I was unable to move the items by myself to prevent further damage and needed to hire help to get my belongings into the home and garage.

    I recently used Must Have Movers and was very impressed. I initially received quotes from 6 moving companies. I am glad I chose Must Have. Truthfully, the costs for most of the services were comparable with a few high cost stand-outs.But ****** did a good job responding to my specific questions and addressing my concerns.I got a confirmation text a day or two in advance which made me feel good that I didn't have to call them to confirm. And the morning of I had several communications. I liked that they provided a tracking link so that I could see via GPS where the truck was. Super helpful during the transit to the destination.****, ****, and **** showed up and worked so hard to pack and load the truck. These are some hard working guys. They listened and followed all my requests and took such care with the fragile things as well as wrapping the furniture to avoid dirty hand prints and scuffing. I couldn't be more pleased and relieved.The unloading was quick and coordinated. They had disassembled some furniture and it was correctly reassembled. As I unpack some of the boxes they packed, it is clear they know what they are doing.I would absolutely hire this team again.
