Late, Slow, Understaffed Then Held Our Belongings HOSTAGE Its taken over a year to write this review because our May 2024 move was genuinely disturbing. On day one, the owner, ***** promised three packers but showed up alone. He moved painfully slowafter five hours, the kitchen still wasnt packed. He used our supplies (tape, scissors, markers) and still charged the rate for three people. My husband and I stayed up until 1 a.m. finishing the job so we could stay on schedule. Day two, ***** arrived 90 minutes late with only two movers instead of the promised "three or four." After six hours, the truck still wasnt loaded. One mover had been hired that morning via ********** (we saw the texts). They also gashed our hardwood floor on the way out (photo evidence available). Then it got worse. With only half our items on the truck, ***** refused to finish unless we paid as if he had completed the move. His reason? He didnt like my tone. He held our belongings hostage until we paid. Feeling trapped, we paid nearly $2,000just to have boxes left in our garage. No move ever happened. Our kids slept on bare mattresses we moved ourselves. We chose this company because my husband is a combat veteran and we wanted to support fellow vets. We even signed Terrys 42-page contract. As a military spouse, Im used to doing hard thingsbut ***** treated me with open disrespect. He ignored me, said hed only speak to my husband, and later sent a four-page letter trying to intimidate us into silence. We wanted to move on, but after much prayer, we feel compelled to warn othersespecially women and familiesabout this company. Please stay away and stay safe.
