Their movers caused this damage to our home and yard. I specifically told them not to use the gravel driveway because it would not support the weight of the truck and it was too small to turn around in. They used it anyway, causing extensive damage to the driveway. As you can see, there are deep grooves that will require to be dug out with a tractor and refilled with dirt and then the gravel. Due to these divots, water collected further exacerbated the issue. We cannot use the driveway at all right now. They also forced our shed door to shut in a way that made it it sit *****. To open it, we had to break the door off the hinges. Due to it being *****, it was not closed properly and had a gap at the top causing leaking inside and water/moisture damages to gym equipment that cost thousands of dollars. Things were thrown together haphazardly, are rusted and will cost a lot of money to repair. Despite admitting to these damages, I was told that fixing would not be expensive and they could "help me find contractors in the area".This is what $3900 got us. What should be a happy occasion of moving into our new home marred by unprofessionalism. I have attached their response and refusal to compensate for damages they caused.

-Date of Transaction: 10/28/22 -Paid: $ ******** (before tip)-Nature of Dispute: refund or cover return shipping of moving blankets and buy them back, and cover the cost of the damaged items.-Business is not willing to resolve the issue. They are blaming the damage on Upack, they claimed they'd help contact them, but take zero responsibility. They will not do anything about the moving blankets I was coerced into buying.-B/L - **** I used Grizzly on a previous move and decided to use them again. I recently moved from *********, ** to *****, ** and used *****'s relocubes for the transport and hired Grizzly for the ********* portion of the move to Upack. They knew the full details of the move upon booking. They arrived that morning and began wrapping/packing items to load in the truck. Once they began bringing those items downstairs, I asked about the blankets that were underneath the wrapping and if they were included and was told no. I told them it was long distance and was told they didnt know. I was then told if you dont want your stuff damaged youll need them. I was told they were $20/blanket, otherwise theyd have to redo them at $174/hr. I felt I had no choice and was backed into a corner. They said I could sell them back for $12-15, but due to a lot going on didnt take into account cost to ship back which would be more. I had to buy 20 blankets at $400 in blankets alone. They saw an opportunity where they could take advantage of me and add more to the total. When my stuff arrived some items were damaged, I called and was told to submit a claim form and photos and then they'd get back to me about it and the blanket situation. They claimed to call, but never did. They will not take any blame and are passing the blame on upack and me for agreeing to buy 20 moving blankets under duress. The damaged items were not protected properly and many packed poorly that damaged was inevitable and could have been prevented. Instead they continued to blame *****
