    Owner told me I was lying when I was not sent confirmation materials for my appointment. I had actually been going to him for a year, and out of the blue he cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours notice and did not provide any support or reasoning. I always tipped 20% and we had a nice time chatting. Very weird and bizarre - buyers beware that you may recieve unprofessional and rude behavior from the owner/only employee.

    Hi ******. Im sorry you feel that way. We did not state that you were lying. We sent photos of our system sending you confirmation texts and emails to show it was done on our end. It seems now that it is actually a software issue that is the reason you did not receive them. Additionally, it is usually our policy to release any appointments that are not confirmed with a deposit 48 hours prior. As a courtesy, since we did not hear from you, we elected to cancel the appointment without charging our usual late cancelation fee since we had to charge you 100% for a no show the previous appointment. Anyone who comes to MediNail Studio knows the kindness and professionalism we exert. I just wish you would have communicated with us instead of taking to BBB to leaving this bad review which really does not give an accurate depiction of who we are or the quality of our services. Its unfortunate, like you said we had good conversations. I apologize for the misunderstanding. I hope we can both learn that sometimes it is difficult to tell someone's tone of voice through text messages. Take care.
