  This place is guilty of false advertising and charging me for two day shipping for goods that have still not been received two weeks after I ordered them. I tried to cancel the order and they threatened me.

  Meanwhile, out in reality Good-Win Racing banned ****** from our online store after numerous rants and abuse were aimed at our employees by ******. This same guy tried to publish the same false claims on ****** under a fake identity of '*****************************', we kept a screen shot and can provide it on request. Publication of ******** false statements could result in BBB being held liable so we suggest you do your due diligence here, which will be easy and you can reach us directly any day for details. First, note that our website does NOT even take 'two day shipping' orders, that's bizarre lie number one from ****** and the BBB can easily go to our website (www.good-win-racing.com) and ************** customer for just long enough to mock up a test order and, without inputting any payment, BBB can quickly verify that the only shipping options are GROUND and THREE BUSINESS DAY shipping. No option for the alleged two days shipping even exists on our website. Why ****** is lying and claiming it was 'two day shipping' is never explained in his email rants, and there are a lot of odd rants filled with expletives from him that we can publish and share. Meanwhile, ******* did an order that included a 'Fiberglass Shroud for Racing Beat HighFlow Miata Intake' and then proceeded to claim that the shroud for an intake must necessarily include the intake, though the product description for the shroud clearly explains that the intake is not included. We sell a shroud that is an option for a Racing Beat intake that we sell separately, the intake itself is expressly not included with the shroud. Same shroud is sold by numerous vendors in the same manner, including by Racing Beat which is the maker of that item and likewise sells it separately since it is an option and not required for use of the intake. After ****** made nonsensical and bizarre arguments that the intake must be included with the shroud before anything was even shipped we offered to cancel and refund the shroud, and we proceeded to cancel and refund that item per his request. This was confirmed to him in writing by email. At that time it appeared that ****** still wanted the rest of the order. Unfortunately, ******** insulting and expletive laced email conduct continued and without getting into too much detail here, we informed him that he would be barred from using our online store for any future order attempts. This was after the items on the first order were already sent, and we are still seeking return by the shipping carriers of the items.
